Now that we’ve had some time to decompress from the long growing season, the Lewisburg Community Garden is happy to announce the final stats from the 2015 growing season!
We also took great strides to figure out how much this is all worth. Based on seasonal prices from the USDA, we grew an estimated $6,243 worth of produce in 2015! All in all, we did a lot of great things this year for local food programs. With such great support from Bucknell University and the greater Lewisburg Community, we hope to do even better next year. Many compliments to our wonderful Bucknell volunteers and work study staff, without whom none of this would be possible.
